Terms B: Completed Retreat Registration *

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read, that I understand, and that I agree that The Dinner Party Project, LLC (“TDPP”) will consider my retreat reservation as complete when I, 1) complete this online form in full and hit “submit”, 2) complete the Waiver of Liability and Release of Claims form and submit to TDPP, and 3) pay my retreat deposit in full to TDPP. Should any delay in providing these required items occur, I understand that TDPP will not confirm my retreat reservation and that TDPP might fill all spots for my requested dates and room type with other Guests.

Terms C: Non-Refundable Retreat Registration *

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read, that I understand, and that I agree to the following terms regarding my retreat registration: Once my retreat payment is submitted to The Dinner Party Project, LLC (“TDPP”) no refund will be issued for any reason. I will, however, be allowed to transfer my registration to another Guest. TDPP will bear no responsibility for any financial agreement or collection of payment between me and that Guest. Furthermore, I will provide TDPP with both the Guest’s name and their email address that I wish to transfer my retreat registration. TDPP will provide that Guest with a Retreat Registration Form and the Waiver of Liability and Release of Claims form. TDPP will not consider the reservation transferred until that Guest returns the completed and executed forms.

Option 2

COVID-19 & Other Illnesses * *

I choose to honor the other Guests, by not taking any chances by attending the retreat if it might expose them to COVID-19 or other illnesses.

Booking Terms: Expenses Not Included in Retreat Package and Legal Responsibility *

I understand that TDPP is not providing airfare or transport to/from the retreat, uber or similar service to/from the retreat, one dinner out, additional excusions with the exception of one excursion included in the retreat package. I (and any additional Guests on this reservation) will be responsible for my own travel insurance, health insurance, and evacuation services in the case of an emergency, national/international incident, natural disaster, etc. I understand that by checking this box, I Iand any additional Guests on this reservation) am taking legal responsibility for these additional arrangements and expenses. I (and any additional Guests on this reservation) also understand and accept the the risks associated with traveling internationally.
